Alberta Public Charter Schools 2007 Conference

The TAAPCS annual conference is to provide substantive professional development services and resources for the purpose of improving, invigorating and inspiring educators and administrators in Alberta Charter Schools.

The 2-day conference, hosted by Calgary Arts Academy, will include over 40 informative workshops, panels, seminar discussions, and exhibits for Alberta Charter school staff, administrators and board members.  This year's conference theme is "Imagine, Create, Inspire."

Participants of the 2007 conference are encouraged to examine how creativity, innovation, and motivation can shape and change teaching and administrative practices.

The keynote address will be given by educator, artist, speaker and researcher Dr. Robert Kelly from the University of Calgary.  Please see seminar materials for Dr. Kelly's biography.

This is a once-a-year opportunity to meet colleagues from Charter Schools in Alberta to share and celebrate the Charter School experience.
